Where Brand Meets Intelligence

A creative and technology studio in Karachi and Dubai. We get businesses found, and we build what people find when they get there.

Where Brand Meets Intelligence

We get businesses found, and we build what people find when they get there. Local visibility at one end, brand and AI systems at the other, run by one small team.

Based in Karachi with a presence in Dubai, working with local businesses across Pakistan and with brands across the Gulf and further out.

Small enough that the people you meet are the people who do the work. Every engagement is run by a founder.

Our own AI products are live and public. You can judge the engineering before you commission any of it.

Eight services, two tracks, one team

Most agencies hand you off between departments. Here the people who build the brand talk to the people who build the system, because they sit in the same room.

For local businesses

Clinics, salons, restaurants, showrooms, shops

Google Business Profile

01

Your listing is the first thing a nearby customer sees. We set it up properly, keep it active, and stop it slipping down the map.

  • Profile setup and verification
  • Categories, services and attributes
  • Photos, posts and Q&A
  • Ongoing management

Local search and maps

02

Ranking in the map pack for what people in your area actually search, not for vanity keywords nobody types.

  • Map pack ranking
  • Citations and directory listings
  • Location pages
  • Competitor gap analysis

Reviews and reputation

03

Reviews decide whether someone walks in or scrolls past. We build a system that earns them steadily instead of asking once and hoping.

  • Review generation systems
  • Response templates and handling
  • Negative review recovery
  • Reputation monitoring

Websites that convert

04

A fast, honest site that turns the visit into a call, a booking or a walk-in. No template, no clutter.

  • Business and service sites
  • Booking and enquiry flows
  • Mobile-first, fast loading
  • Local schema and search setup

For growing brands

Startups and companies scaling up

Brand identity and creative

01

The system underneath the logo. Naming, voice, colour, type and the rules that keep it consistent everywhere it appears.

  • Identity systems and guidelines
  • Naming and messaging
  • Campaign and social creative
  • Presentation and pitch design

Web and product design

02

Sites and interfaces that carry your positioning rather than describe it. Built to load fast and hold up as you grow.

  • Marketing sites and landing pages
  • Web applications and dashboards
  • E-commerce builds
  • Performance and Core Web Vitals

Growth marketing

03

Search, content and paid working as one system, measured against revenue rather than impressions.

  • Technical and content SEO
  • Copywriting and long-form content
  • Paid search and social
  • Analytics and attribution

AI-integrated solutions

04

Production AI systems, not demos. Retrieval, agents and automation built with the guardrails that make them safe to put in front of a client.

  • Retrieval systems over private data
  • Autonomous agents and workflows

Systems we built and shipped

Every project below is live and public. Open them, use them, then decide whether we are worth a conversation. Local client results are published separately, with permission.

FluxorX interface

FluxorX

Enterprise AI dashboards fail in two ways. They hallucinate on business-critical numbers, or they cannot handle open-ended questions.

A dual-tier architecture that solves both. Deterministic queries for metrics that must be exact, Claude reasoning for everything conversational. Ships with observability, MCP tool exposure and cloud-native deployment across Docker, Azure and Kubernetes.

  • Claude
  • MCP
  • Docker
  • Azure
  • Kubernetes
VeriDoc interface

VeriDoc

Contract review is slow, expensive and inconsistent. Off-the-shelf models speed it up but hallucinate conclusions the contract never contained.

A four-step LangGraph agent that extracts clauses, assesses risk, generates summaries and produces a final report. Every conclusion is verified against source data before it reaches the user.

  • LangGraph
  • Claude
  • Next.js
  • Vercel
PulsarIQ interface

PulsarIQ

Enterprises want to search internal documents in natural language, but cannot send that data to external model APIs.

Cited answers in under two seconds, with a self-hosted deployment path for regulated environments where data cannot leave the client's own infrastructure.

  • RAG
  • Vector search
  • Self-hosted
  • Enterprise RBAC
DentiVueScreenshot to follow

DentiVue

Dental patients need to see potential outcomes before committing to a procedure. Standard AI tools regenerate entire faces, which is a privacy risk, or produce results that look nothing like the patient.

Regenerates only the mouth region, client-side, preserving patient identity. Pairs the visual with Claude-generated clinical reasoning, positioned as patient communication rather than medical diagnosis.

  • Vision AI
  • Claude
  • Client-side inference

Fewer surprises, by design

The process below is not a philosophy. It is what we do on every engagement, in this order, because it is the sequence that stops projects going wrong.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

Before design or code, we work out what the company actually sells, who decides to buy, and what is currently getting in the way. Most projects fail here rather than in execution.

  2. 02

    Define the system

We agree the shape of the work up front: what gets built, what it needs to do, how success is measured. Written down, so nobody is guessing three weeks in.

  3. 03

    Build in checkpoints

Work ships in phases, each one a working state you can see and react to. No four-week silences ending in a reveal that misses.

  4. 04

    Hand over properly

You get the code, the accounts, the documentation and the ability to run it without us. We would rather be kept than depended on.

A small team, not a set of departments

Four partners who each run their own side of the work, and the specialists we bring in for the parts that need them.

Before you write in

No. Half of what we do is built for local businesses: clinics, salons, restaurants, showrooms and shops. Those engagements are priced for that market, not for the studio work. If you want to be found by people nearby, that is the local track and it is a real part of the business, not a favour.

Tell us what you are trying to change

A short note about the business and the problem is enough to start. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it.
